I initially began reflexology treatments following a neck injury and on the recommendation of my massage therapist. That was 3years ago this July. The reason I continue and subsequently increased the treatment frequency is because of the pain relief in my feet, the full body stimulation which assists natural recalibration of the lymph, endocrine and muscular systems, deeper sleep, full body relaxation without invasive measures. I also find a slight improvement in posture due to the "new-like" feeling immediately following a session. Reflexology also offered me indications of specific regions of the body which are taxed and in need of medical or naturopathic attention depending on the condition of the various corresponding regions of the foot. If your life is hectic take off the shoes and soxs, sit back and relax. My husband was introduced to reflexology this past winter and finds the treatments thoroughly worthwhile.

Annie is a fantastic Reflexologist. I am terrible at the art of relaxing (ask her how many times she reminded me to please NOT help her hold my foot ) but Annie had me "in the zone" and sent me away with some great ideas for implementing some relaxation routines at home.

Following my treatment, my feet feel great, and I am less "foggy" than I have been in weeks!
